Welcome 2006!

Wow... where has time gone. It seems like just last week I graduated college, but that was actually 20 months ago. Man, its 2006 already. What can I really say? Although 2005 went out with a bang (literally... I'll explain in a minute), I definitely welcome the new year. I'm excited to see what God has in store for me this year. And what I can do for him and to lift up his name.

I'm not gonna sit here and do the typically review of 2005, but I can say that a lot of stuff happened in 2005 that has definitely changed my life and my outlook on everything. Yet, I dont regret anything I did or didnt do, because I know everything that happened was for a reason and its only made me stronger in the end. But I did promise you i'd explain the whole "bang". Yeah, so on Friday, December the 30th I was on my way to work as usual. About five minutes from work, I was t-boned at the intersection of N. Mcdowell and E. 7th St. by this huge big Buick of a car. (Yes, I'm aware I said huge and big.) Anyway, so yeah. This was my very first accident that i've been in. Eventhough I was pinned in my car and all I saw was this big silver grill out of my driver side window. I really wasn't scared. I was a lil upset and angry at the situation, but I was fine with it. After all was said and done... the lady that hit me apologized and I told her that it was okay and I wasnt mad at her. Because I feel like being in that accident was a good thing. I'm not sure exactly what it is yet, but i know it was for a reason and I couldn't be mad anymore. I just thank God that i'm okay. And don't worry about traeci, she'll be alright and back in the game in no time. She just needs a lil reconstructive surgery. For those that don't know, Sentraecia or "traeci" (pronounced tree-see) as I call her is my nissan sentra :) . Anyway... I guess I said all that to say this... welcome 2006! Happy New Year everybody!
