I need your help!
I have always had a problem with trying to control everything, holding on to things, & worrying about things I can't control. I try to let go and I tell myself to forget about it and that works for a while, but then I get frustrated all over again and I start back. I can't seem to break the cycle. I need help figuring out how to let go, permanently.... Any Advice?

Well, I don't know that it would help you, but I'll give you what helps me a little bit. I've found that writing what bothers me down in detail and praying helps me out. I also allow myself time to think/ponder/worry about whatever is bothering me and then I make it a point to stop thinking about it for a while, by switching to a positive thought or even something else I had to do that day. It's much, much easier to say than to do, but after a while, it works. I think of it as strength training for your mind.

Btw, I did pray about it and God did indeed hear my cry... He's so amazing!
